Job Description
Job Title: Clerk (foreign labor)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for daily file sorting, archiving and data input, ensuring data accuracy and real-time update;
  • Handling incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls and faxes, and assisting with interdepartmental communication and coordination;
  • Support conference arrangements, including venue reservation, meeting minutes writing and meeting materials preparation;
  • Assist in filling out and following up various administrative forms, application forms, and government-related documents;
  • Executive Assistant assigned by the supervisor to perform other general administrative and office support tasks.

Requirements:
  • Have secondary school graduation or above academic qualifications, be familiar with Chinese (Cantonese and written language) communication and writing, and those with basic English reading and writing abilities are preferred;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office series of software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), able to independently complete word processing and data integration;
  • Have good responsibility, attention to detail, and time management skills, be able to follow the team's rhythm and complete assigned tasks on time;
  • No relevant work experience is required, and new employees with a strong learning attitude and a stable attendance record are welcome to apply.
