Secretary in Legal Team

Here’s the opportunity for you:

• Responsible for general secretarial and administrative work, including preparing correspondence, reports, PO, invoices, procurement and report of maintenance of office supplies and equipment etc. using ERP, cleaning up of translations into or out of Chinese

• Prepare documents including PowerPoint presentations for staff training

• Responsible for travel arrangements including accommodation, flights and ground transportation

• Handle phone calls and mailings

• Liaise with internal parties, vendors and suppliers

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Are you ready for the opportunity?

• Degree in any disciplines, with legal/ business/ secretarial study background being an advantage

• 2 years secretarial experience would be an advantage, fresh grads or less experience are also welcome

• With basic knowledge of computer skills, including MS office, AI tools and Chinese typing.

• Be a team player with good interpersonal, organizing and communication skills

• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin

• Good working attitude, polite, pleasant, punctual & patient

• Immediately available is preferred
