Duties:
1. Develop the company's medium and long-term development strategy and annual business plan, with a focus on driving the zero-to-one landing and scale-up of precious metals and tobacco import and export businesses;
2. Coordinate the allocation of resources between traditional electronic product trade and new business, ensuring double-digit growth in revenue and profit.
3. Utilize the internal human network to establish a stable procurement channel for precious metals (such as gold and silver) and tobacco products, ensuring that the source is compliant and the cost is controllable;
4. Match with importers, distributors and duty-free channels in South Korea and Southeast Asia to open up tobacco product export channels;
5. Familiar with the logistics nodes of China and Hong Kong, optimize transportation routes, reduce cross-border circulation costs, and ensure goods are efficiently cleared through customs;
6. Establish a strict supplier admission mechanism, regularly evaluate the qualifications of cooperation, and prevent compliance and credit risks.
7. Lead the full process of precious metals and tobacco import and export business, including contract templates, customs procedures, and funds settlement;
8. Ensure business operations comply with Hong Kong Customs, the Inland Revenue Department and international anti-money laundering regulations, and improve the internal control system.
9. Build and cultivate a professional team with cross-border business capabilities, improve performance evaluation and incentive mechanisms;
10. Promote cross-cultural management to enhance team collaboration efficiency in both local and international business.
11. Maintain good communication with Hong Kong Customs, the State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau, the Precious Metals Exchange, etc. Regulatory agencies to ensure policy compliance;
Requirements:
1. More than 15 years of high-level management experience in enterprises, of which at least 10 years are as general manager or equivalent position;
2. Must have experience as the top executive of a Chinese manufacturing or trading company, familiar with the Chinese business environment and government operations;
3. Candidates with Hong Kong company management experience are preferred, familiar with the differences in taxation, customs and company law between the two places.
4. Have verifiable supplier resources or government pipelines in the precious metals or tobacco industry, which can quickly cut into the upstream supply chain;
5. Have customer resources or distribution network in South Korea, Southeast Asia and other target markets, those who have successfully exported tobacco products are preferred;
6. Familiar with cross-border logistics nodes and customs clearance procedures between China and Hong Kong, with long-term cooperative relationships with mainstream shipping companies and freight forwarders;
7. Proficient in the entire international trade process, familiar with customs regulations, tax policies, and international settlement;
9. Strong sense of responsibility and stress resistance, able to adapt to the high-frequency travel between the mainland and overseas;
