Job Responsibilities
Assist the restaurant manager in coordinating and executing daily operations of the branch, including business planning, service process monitoring, and emergency response.
Responsible for shift management and personnel deployment, according to business needs to reasonably arrange front and back personnel shifts, ensuring sufficient manpower and smooth collaboration at all times.
Supervise service quality and customer experience, proactively inspect business areas, immediately handle customer feedback and coordinate front-line employees to improve service standards.
Participate in employee basic training and on-the-job guidance, assist new employees to familiarize with work processes, service standards and food safety regulations.
It is best to hold a valid food safety certificate (such as a "food safety certificate" or a "catering industry safety management course" certificate).
Familiar with POS system operations and basic office procedures (such as Excel, Word), able to independently create shift schedules and simple operating reports.
Able to shift between morning and evening shifts, holidays, and sudden overtime to meet business needs, with a sense of responsibility and stress resistance.
