<p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for following up on the entire customer order process to ensure smooth execution at each stage</li><li>Handling customer quote requests, preparing relevant documents and responding promptly</li><li>Issue invoices and verify the accuracy of the data, and cooperate with finance to complete the follow-up work</li><li>Coordinate with warehouse and logistics department to arrange for shipment</li><li>Assist in handling customer inquiries and abnormal situations, provide immediate solutions to maintain satisfaction</li></ul><p> <strong>Work requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Secondary school education or above, with basic English reading and writing abilities</li><li>Familiarity with office software operations, such as Word, Excel, and email systems</li><li>Attention to detail and sense of responsibility, with good communication skills and service awareness</li><li>Able to handle multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines, adapting to a fast-paced work environment</li><li>Applicants with one or more years of experience in order processing or related fields will be given priority</li></ul>
