Job Description
<p> Property Management Officer</p><p></p><p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Responsible for daily inspections of the estate to ensure that public facilities, equipment and environmental hygiene are in good condition, and to promptly identify and address potential problems</p></li><li><p>Coordinate and follow up on various maintenance and repair projects, including mechanical and electrical systems, structural maintenance and emergency repairs, to ensure that the work is completed on time and to the required quality</p></li><li><p>Monitor the performance of external service providers (including cleaning, security and mechanical and electrical services companies) and conduct regular evaluations and communications to ensure that service quality meets management standards</p></li><li><p>Handling resident inquiries, complaints and suggestions, providing professional and timely responses and solutions, and improving customer satisfaction</p></li><li><p>Manage property-related documents and records, including maintenance reports, inspection logs, meeting materials, etc., to ensure that the files are complete and orderly</p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p>Support property managers and supervisors in carrying out daily administrative affairs and on-site management, and coordinate with overall business operations</p></li></ul><p> </p><p> Work requirements</p><ul><li><p>Secondary School Diploma or above</p></li><li><p>1 to 3 years of residential property management or building management related work experience, those with basic experience are welcome to apply</p></li><li><p>Familiar with property management operations, understand the maintenance follow-up mechanism and customer service principles</p></li><li><p>Have good communication skills, be able to effectively coordinate between residents, contractors and management teams</p></li><li><p>Active and proactive, strong sense of responsibility, able to independently execute tasks and integrate into team collaboration</p></li><li><p>Able to understand Cantonese, Mandarin and basic English, with document processing skills</p></li><li><p>Preference will be given to those with property management-related certificates (such as PMI, QPMA, etc.), which is not mandatory but advantageous</p></li><li><p>Must be a Hong Kong permanent resident, or hold a valid work visa (including Talent Pass, Elite Pass, IANG, Dependent's Pass or other permit allowing work in Hong Kong)</p></li></ul><p> </p><p> Benefits</p><ul><li><p>Year-end bonuses</p></li><li><p>14 days of annual leave</p></li><li><p>Medical plans and insurance plans</p></li><li><p>Transportation allowance, overtime allowance, and other extra allowances</p></li><li><p>Special/extra leave</p></li><li><p>Flexible work schedule</p></li><li><p>On-the-job training and good promotion development space</p></li><li><p>Enjoy recreational and sports facilities</p></li><li><p>Employee health center services</p></li></ul>
