Cashier (home office)

Main work responsibilities

• Responsible for the refund process of the deposit, ensuring that the refund process complies with the company's policies and is accurately executed.
• Maintain the accuracy of financial system records, ensuring data integrity and real-time updates.
• Use Xero Perform financial data input, update, and management.
• Handle daily cash and bank transactions to ensure accurate bookkeeping.
• Review and approve travel expenses and payment requests, ensuring that the documents are complete, compliant, and the amount is correct.

Skills and requirements

• Have basic accounting knowledge, familiar with financial operations and related regulations.
• Proficient in using financial software (such as Xero, ERP systems) and common office software, especially advanced Excel applications.
• Have bank transaction processing experience, understand check, transfer, deposit, etc. business processes.
• Personal characteristics: careful and steady, honest and reliable, with a high sense of responsibility and professional ethics.
• Have good communication skills and time management techniques, be able to independently and efficiently complete tasks at home and cooperate with the team.
