Food packaging worker

Responsible for packaging operations on the food production line, including classification, counting, sealing, labeling, and loading into boxes, etc., to ensure that the packaging process meets the hygiene and safety standards.

Strictly follow the food safety standards in the factory (such as the HACCP basic principles), cleaning and disinfection procedures and personal hygiene requirements (such as wearing hairnets, masks, gloves and clean work clothes).

Comply with shift arrangements, flexibly allocate in the early morning, noon, evening and overnight shifts to support daily operations exceeding 8 hours, and adapt to the work rhythm of 6 days per week.

Proactively collaborate with the kitchen or production colleagues to complete raw material preparation, production line replenishment and finished product handling, and maintain a clean and orderly packaging area and efficient flow.

Instantly reflect equipment abnormalities, packaging material shortages or quality abnormalities, and assist the supervisor in implementing immediate correction measures to ensure accurate and compliant shipments.

No academic qualifications or work experience required, welcome newcomers to apply; only need to show a high sense of responsibility, stable attendance record and hard-working attitude.

Agile movements, good hand-eye coordination, able to stand for a long time and operate, with repetitive work endurance and attention to detail.

Accept shift work, including night shifts and all-night shifts, and be flexible to meet the sudden overtime or temporary staffing needs.
