Job Description

Job Description:

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance/low-latency trading systems and monitoring tools.
Develop latency sensitive applications and modules for real-time data processing, trade execution and order management.
Optimize existing trading algorithms and tools for maximum performance.
Collaborate with traders and quantitative researchers to implement new trading strategies.
Monitor and troubleshoot trading systems in real-time to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Develop tools and frameworks to support the research and development of new trading strategies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our trading systems.
Work closely with the infrastructure team to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
5 Years or above software development experience.
Strong programming skills in C++. Python is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience with parallel computing, networking, and real-time systems.
Knowledge of machine learning and/or DevOps lifecycle is a plus but not mandatory.
Knowledge of financial markets, trading concepts, and algorithmic trading strategies.
Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Perl).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
