Accounting Officer – Listed Co. up to 25K

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out routine account duties include invoice and payment process

• Responsible for data input, AR and AP related transactions

• Assist in month-end closing

• Handle bank books and prepare bank reconciliations

• Prepare staff expenses reimbursement, petty cash, etc.

• Process payment requests and bank transfers in a timely manner

• Assist team members in other ad hoc assignments

• Provide support to other finance team members when required

Requirements

• DSE / Form 7 graduate or above with LCCI Level 2

• Fresh graduate welcomed

• Familiar with MS Office applications, Chinese word processing

• Experience using computerized accounting systems

• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Interested in manufacturing analytical, presentation and report writing

• A team player with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

• Detail minded, well-organized, able to meet tight deadline and work under pressure

• Immediate available will be an added advantage
