Job Responsibilities:

Patient care, medication administration, medical record keeping, and communication with doctors and families

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily care of patients, including vital sign monitoring, medication management, wound care and rehabilitation support, to ensure that patients receive safe, appropriate and compassionate care.

• Accurately execute the doctor's medical orders and perform double-checks before and after execution, strictly following medical safety guidelines and infection control procedures.

• Write and update electronic medical records in real-time, covering nursing evaluation, intervention measures, changes in condition and care outcomes, in accordance with local medical regulations and institutional record standards.

• Actively collaborate and communicate with the attending physician and interdisciplinary team (such as physical therapists and nutritionists), participate in nursing handover and case discussions, and improve overall care quality and efficiency.

• With empathy and clear communication skills, maintain good communication with patients and their families, provide disease-related health education information, help alleviate anxiety and promote shared decision-making.

Requirements:

• Holding a registered nurse (RN) or enrolled nurse (EN) qualification recognized by the Hong Kong Nursing Council, and maintaining an effective practice certificate.

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese during clinical consultations; those with basic English reading and writing abilities are preferred (for understanding drug labels, medical records, etc.).

• Have basic computer skills, familiar with electronic medical record system operations; accept shift scheduling (including day shifts, night shifts, and holiday rotations)

• Demonstrate a high sense of responsibility, emotional stability, and adaptability, and be able to maintain professional judgment and calm handling in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment.

• Comply with Hong Kong's entry policy requirements and have legal work qualifications in Hong Kong (such as Hong Kong permanent residency, high talent pass, outstanding talent pass, IANG, dependent visa or other valid work permit).
