Job Description
Restaurant Manager

  • Responsible for the daily operation and management of the restaurant, ensuring smooth operations
  • Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction, and continuously optimize the dining experience
  • Coordinate front-line and logistics teams to improve overall work efficiency
  • Analyze operational data, regularly propose improvement suggestions and business reports

Work requirements

  • With relevant restaurant management experience, familiar with the operations of the catering industry
  • Have good leadership and communication skills, and be able to effectively manage a team
  • Data analysis ability, can make judgments based on operating data
  • Have good stress resistance, and be able to adapt to a high-paced work environment
