System Support Trainee

Responsibilities

• Oversee the ERP system, find bottlenecks, and solve helpdesk tickets
• Liaise with offshore colleagues to understand concerns, provide solutions, and streamline operations
• Gather valuable feedbacks and relay to development team for continuous system improvements
• Create comprehensive training materials for user training and guidance
• Report monthly system and user progress to senior management
• Take up ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

• A recent university graduate. Preferably with IT background.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, and proficient in Cantonese. Proficiency in any Asian language is highly desirable and will give you a distinct advantage.
• Previous experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• A dedicated learner with the ability to grasp new concepts rapidly
• A charming individual, with great communication skills
