Job Description

Part-time floor staff

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for floor service during restaurant or retail store hours, including greeting customers, seating them (if applicable), taking orders and delivering food or product information;
Keep the business area clean and orderly, regularly arrange tables, shelves, display areas and public passages to ensure they meet health and safety standards;
Assist in handling basic customer inquiries and simple complaints, listen patiently and immediately reflect the need for further follow-up to your supervisor;
Assist the team in completing the opening and closing procedures, including inventorying materials, replenishing consumables, turning off equipment, and recording the daily operation status;
Attend work according to the schedule, with flexibility to accommodate holidays, weekends, and peak hours.

Work requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have no relevant work experience, and welcome students, fresh graduates, and job seekers seeking flexible working hours;
Have basic Cantonese communication skills, and be able to have simple conversations in Mandarin or English;
Personal appearance is clean and tidy, attitude is friendly and proactive, and good service awareness and team spirit are possessed;
