1. Responsible for the system design and development of cylindrical battery projects and product development work;
2. Responsible for developing product solutions, process documents, BOMs, and specifications;
3. Responsible for product-related solution design, prototype making, testing analysis, failure analysis, technical support and continuous improvement;
4. Responsible for following up on product development milestones to ensure the project progresses smoothly;
5. Responsible for continuous product performance optimization and cost reduction;
6. Responsible for converting customer requirements into electrode product requirements, determining the overall development plan for the electrode, and completing product development according to the node requirements;
7. Complete the temporary tasks assigned by the leader;
9. Assist in improving the technical documents related to the development of battery cells, including product design specifications, BOM design specifications, product evaluation method specifications, and other system specification documents related to new product development;
10. Visit customers, translate their technical requirements into cell design requirements and form a specification book for customer confirmation.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in materials, chemistry, metallurgy, mechanical engineering, etc.;
2. More than 5 years of experience in lithium battery product development or cell design;
3. Proficient in the working principle, technology, production process and flow of lithium batteries;
4. Understand battery composition materials and their basic characteristics, be familiar with various battery testing methods;
5. Master common data processing software, be proficient in Excel or other data processing software, need to create charts and write reports;
6. Strong expression ability, strong interpersonal communication skills.
