Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for daily sales work at the clothing boutique, including customer reception, product introduction, fitting assistance and checkout service, to enhance customer shopping experience and brand satisfaction.
Proficient in the styles, fabrics, design features, and pairing suggestions of the clothing sold, and able to provide professional styling advice based on customer needs.
Execute product display and organization, ensure shelves are clean and orderly, labels are clear, new products and promotional items are prominently displayed, and maintain a good store image.
Regularly inventory, assist in replenishment, exchange and warehouse coordination, ensure accurate sales data and smooth goods turnover.
Proactively learn basic English vocabulary (such as sizes S/M/L/XL, colors red/blue/black, common clothing names dress/shirt/pants, etc.), and communicate basic needs with international customers in simple English when necessary.

Work requirements

Aged 18 or above, with good service awareness and affinity, positive and proactive attitude, basic communication and problem-solving skills.
No relevant experience is required, fresh graduates or career changers are welcome; those with retail or clothing sales experience are given priority.
Able to understand and apply basic English words and phrases (such as size, color, price, quantity, etc. daily language), do not need fluent conversational skills, but must be willing to continue learning and improving.
Have basic computer skills, able to use POS system to complete order processing, inquiries and member registration, etc. operations.
Comply with the store's opening hours (including weekends and holidays), be punctual and responsible, and value teamwork and workplace etiquette.
