Interior Designer Assistant

<p>Interior Designer Assistant<br><br>Job Responsibilities:<br><br>Organize and follow up on the renovation process related documents, including progress reports, construction schedules, etc.<br>Maintain good communication with customers, understand and respond to their needs and opinions.<br>Assist in the preparation of quotations and other administrative support work. <br>Participate in on-site inspections and construction follow-up to ensure that the project is executed according to plan.<br><br>Requirements:<br>Second 5 or above, those with relevant qualifications are given priority. <br>Applicants with 1 to 2 years of experience in decorating or engineering companies are preferred.<br>Have good communication skills, be able to effectively coordinate with colleagues and customers.<br>Punctual, responsible, proactive, and meticulous in their work.<br>Familiar with basic computer operations, need to have MS Word and MS Excel application skills, understand Chinese and English typing.<br><br>Benefits:<br>Monthly salary starts from $15,000.00, depending on experience and ability.<br>Working hours are from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.</p>
