Job Description

Main responsibilities
Assist salesperson in handling customer inquiries, order confirmation, and production progress follow-up.
Prepare and proofread basic foreign trade documents (invoices, packing lists, etc.), and arrange for sample and document delivery.
Enter customer interaction information (communication records, needs) into the CRM system within 24 hours.
Assist with internal organization, follow up on sample production, delivery and customer feedback tracking.
Coordinate with internal production and procurement departments, pass on order information, and follow up on delivery process.
Complete other administrative and support tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
Education background: College degree or above, international trade, business English or related fields.
Experience skills: Welcome fresh graduates or those with less than 1 year of relevant experience. Familiar with Office office software, with basic English reading and writing abilities (CET-4 or equivalent).

Personal traits: Patience, focus, and a team spirit.
