Technical Director

<p><strong>• Job Responsibilities</strong>:</p><p>a. Coordinate RWA Group technical strategy planning, design the overall technical architecture of the platform (such as bottom layer public chain selection, distributed storage, high concurrency processing), and support business scaling development;</p><p>b. Lead core technical projects (such as RWA.LTD exchange upgrade, cross-chain asset circulation, AI quantification strategy platform), control technical direction and development quality;</p><p></p><p>d. Focus on blockchain technology frontiers (such as Layer2, ZK-Rollup, AI + blockchain), promote technological innovation in RWA business (such as smart contract automatic compliance);</p><p>e. Evaluate technical risks (such as security vulnerabilities, system performance bottlenecks), develop contingency plans, and ensure platform safety and stable operation.</p><p><strong>• Job Requirements</strong>:</p><p>a. Master's degree or above, computer science major, with at least 8 years of blockchain or fintech technical experience, including at least 5 years of technical management experience;</p><p></p><p></p><p>d. Candidates with experience as technical directors of well-known blockchain and fintech companies are preferred, those with a deep understanding of RWA industry technology trends are also preferred.</p>
