Senior Project Executive

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies, ensuring consistency and impact across diverse channels.

• Oversee and coordinate the creation of promotional materials, including eDMs, print and digital advertisements, with a focus on compelling content development.

• Plan and execute marketing initiatives before, during, and after events to drive visitor engagement and enrich the overall trade show experience.

• Establish and manage collaborations with partners in Hong Kong and international markets to strengthen brand presence and outreach.

• Lead and represent the company at overseas trade shows and promotional activities, acting as a key ambassador for the brand.

• Supervise and guide the team in handling general enquiries, ensuring professional and timely responses.

• Support ad hoc projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

• Travel occasionally to Mainland China and overseas as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.

• 5–7 years of solid marketing experience, ideally within an advertising agency or exhibition industry; exposure to digital marketing is highly advantageous.

• Excellent command of English is essential, with strong proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and Mandarin.

• Skilled in MS Office applications, particularly for compiling reports and presentations.

• Creative and innovative, with sound knowledge of corporate identity management, copywriting, and artwork editing.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
