Job Highlights

Job Duties:

• Prepare vouchers and input accounting data into accounting system.
• Assist in updating account receivables and account payables.
• Maintain records on corporate databases.
• Prepare monthly management reports.
• Responsible for Audit.
• Compile financial and management reports as required.
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing efficient accounting procedures.
• Monitor the calculation of monthly commission and incentives.

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above with LCCI Higher level
• At least 3 years accounting experience.
• Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing.
• Responsible, self-motivated, independent & eager to learn.
• Honest and loyal to the company.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software.
• Immediate availability is preferable.
• Working on one Saturday morning for every month is required.

Salary and Prospect:

Year end bonus will be offered which makes up to totally 13 months salary per year.
