Salesperson (convenience store)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for customer reception and product sales, providing friendly, professional and efficient service experiences.
• Operate the cash register system for checkout, ensure accurate amounts, clear receipts, and properly handle cash and electronic payment transactions.
• Keep the store clean and orderly, regularly clean the shelves, refrigerators, cash register area and public area, and maintain a good shopping environment.
• Follow the store manager's instructions and participate in promotion activities execution, new product promotion, and temporary business support tasks.

Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have no academic qualifications, and welcome fresh graduates and those with relevant experience to apply.
• Have basic Chinese reading and writing abilities, be able to communicate clearly; understanding Cantonese is a must, those with basic English or Mandarin abilities are preferred.
• Attitude sincere and polite, sense of responsibility and team spirit, and able to adapt to shift work (including night shifts, holidays and sudden overtime) arrangements.
• No specific experience is required, but those who have worked in retail, dining or service industries will be given priority.
• Able to follow the company's operating rules, respect customer privacy and data confidentiality, and have basic emergency response skills to handle sudden situations on the spot.
