Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for real estate project promotion and sales, actively develop potential customer resources
- According to the resources provided by the company or self-expansion channels, conduct customer consultation and demand analysis
- Accompany customers on a site visit, provide professional product introduction and purchasing advice
- Regularly report on performance progress and work with the team to achieve sales targets
Work requirements
- Interested in real estate sales, even those with no experience, the company provides basic training
- Have basic communication skills, willing to actively contact and promote products
- Need to arrange time to achieve performance goals, with self-motivation
- Able to attend different shifts according to the site's needs, including holidays or evenings
- Holding a valid identity document and meeting the part-time work qualifications of either the national or the legally resident foreign national
