Job Responsibilities



2. Connect with students and parents, answer questions related to study abroad, and follow up on the application process (school selection, essay polishing, application submission, interview coaching, visa application, etc.), ensuring service quality;

3. Maintain Hong Kong university partnerships, update school admission dynamics, major adjustments, etc. information in a timely manner, and optimize application resources;

4. Participate in study abroad lectures, online promotion, etc. activities, output professional study abroad content, and enhance brand influence;

5. Organize application cases and data, summarize industry experience, and continuously optimize service processes and consultation techniques.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, those with Hong Kong study background or 1 to 3 years of Hong Kong study consulting related work experience are preferred;

2. Familiar with the application systems, major settings, admission standards and visa policies of Hong Kong's major universities, and able to independently complete the consultation and application process;

3. Have excellent communication and expression skills and customer service awareness, be good at listening to needs, accurately match solutions, and have strong stress resistance;

4. Good English ability, able to read English school information fluently, write English application letters or conduct English interview counseling;

5. Integrity, strong sense of responsibility, and love for the education industry, with team spirit and continuous learning ability.
