Interior Design Assistant

Main responsibilities

1. Provide administrative and design support to design managers/senior designers, and assist in handling interior design projects.

2. Assist in the production of interior design plans, presentations, and project files.

3. Coordinate with internal and external teams to follow up on project progress and ensure smooth execution.

4. Assist in on-site inspections, field measurements, and accurate recording of relevant data.

5. According to company standards, organize and archive design files, materials, plans and project records.

6. Assist in preparing design schemes, style reference boards, and presentation materials for customers.

7. Support project coordination work, proactive follow-up and design-related matters.

Entry Requirements

1. Fluent in English and Cantonese listening, speaking, reading and writing, with preference for Mandarin understanding.

2. Have basic knowledge of interior design, construction drawings and space planning.

3. Familiar with design software.

4. Pay attention to details, take responsibility, be proactive, and able to withstand work pressure.

5. Have good organizational and communication skills.

Priority conditions

• Preference will be given to those with interior design, furniture or engineering-related background or experience

• Preference will be given to those who understand CAD and other 3D spatial design software
