Job Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible for process purchase orders and confirm delivery with the suppliers
Administrate purchasing documents and records
Data entry, PO Processing and document filing
Monitor stock inventory and maintain an updated purchasing database and filing system
Work closely with suppliers and factories for order follow up and delivery schedule
Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

DSE graduate or above

Minimum 2 years of related experience
Proactive, well-organized, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines
Able to work independently andattention in details
Well versed in written English and Chinese
