Job Description

Responsible for community small package delivery

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for daily delivery of small packages within a specified community, ensuring their safe and timely delivery to customers
According to the delivery route planning, efficiently complete daily delivery tasks and keep good records of signature
Polite communication with customers, providing basic consultation, handling simple post-purchase problems, and improving service satisfaction
Assist in verifying express information, discover abnormal packages (such as unclear address, damage, etc.) and report them in a timely manner and handle them properly
Assist the station to complete temporary support tasks, including package sorting, inventory management, etc.

Work requirements

Age 18 or above, physically fit, and able to adapt to outdoor work and a certain level of walking or cycling
Familiar with the community's roads and building distribution, with basic direction sense and route planning ability
Strong sense of responsibility, honesty and trustworthiness, attention to service attitude, and good communication awareness
Will use a smartphone to operate a courier app, and be able to independently complete barcode scanning and signature collection, photo upload, etc. System operations
