Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the daily operation and management of the restaurant, ensuring that the service quality and customer satisfaction reach the highest standard.
2. Plan and execute external public relations activities to enhance the restaurant's brand image and market influence.
3. Lead advertising promotion strategy, including online and offline marketing activities, attract target customers and promote sales growth.

5. Coordinate administrative affairs, including human resources management, employee recruitment and training, and building an efficient work team.

Requirements:
1. Have rich dining industry management experience, familiar with the whole process of restaurant operation.
2. Have excellent public relations skills, able to handle media relations and public events flexibly.
3. Have a deep understanding of advertising and marketing, and be able to independently develop and implement effective promotion plans.
4. Familiar with accounting and financial management knowledge, with good data analysis and risk control abilities.
5. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to lead cross-departmental teams to complete various tasks.
