Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for providing professional part-time massage services to customers, including but not limited to hot stone massage, lymphatic drainage massage, and instrument-assisted massage, to ensure that each session meets the safety and hygiene standards.
Maintain a clean and orderly treatment space, disinfect massage beds, tools and contact supplies according to specifications, and implement infection control and occupational safety measures.
Comply with the rhythm of the store's operations and flexible scheduling to support weekend, holiday and evening service needs, and have good time management and on-the-spot problem-solving skills.

Work requirements

Have at least three years of practical massage experience, hold a valid legal massage technician qualification certificate or a professional certification approved by the relevant supervisory authority.
Proficient in hot stone massage techniques, able to accurately control the stone temperature, placement and application rhythm; familiar with the lymphatic system's flow, and able to perform physiological-based lymphatic drainage techniques.
Have practical experience in instrument operation, understand the working principles, application range and contraindications of common therapeutic equipment, and be able to independently complete setting, operation and basic abnormality judgment.
Have good communication skills and empathy, be patient to listen to customer needs, respect personal privacy and body boundaries, and show a stable and friendly service attitude.
Value professional ethics and continuous learning, be willing to accept regular skills evaluation, case feedback and new technology study, and abide by the organization's service standards and confidentiality principle.
