Senior Technician/Technologist - Air Conditioning System ($25,000-$30,000)
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in supervision and coordination of large air conditioning systems and ice water machine technicians on site
Responsible for general maintenance and repair of ice water machines, air conditioning systems, and low-voltage power systems
Detection and judgment of complex fault problems and effective fault elimination
Monitor the quality, progress and daily operations of the project
Support testing and validation work (if necessary)
Strictly enforce safety standards and follow relevant procedures and regulations
Regularly report to management on project progress, related issues, and work status
Requirements:
Diploma or certificate in relevant academic disciplines
Having 5 to 8 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of ice water machines, air conditioning systems, and low-voltage power systems
Understand the components of the air conditioning system (such as ice water machine, air handling unit (AHU), fan coil, variable air volume system, circulating pump, air door motor, control device, etc.) and the components of the low-voltage power system (such as air circuit breaker, small circuit breaker, molded case circuit breaker, anti-time delay minimum time protection device, etc.)
Good supervision, communication and site management skills
Able to prepare simple written reports for the supervisor
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Willing to work shifts
Those with only general air conditioning maintenance and repair experience may be considered for Assistant Cultural Affairs
