Responsibilities
1. Ensure the restaurant business runs smoothly;
2. Ensure that the branches meet the company's various standards, including food quality, labor costs, and five constants
3. Monitor and enhance employee performance
4. Assist in employee training and development;
5. Lead the store to achieve its business and sales targets
Work experience/qualifications
1. More than five years of restaurant and store management experience;
2. Have enthusiasm for the restaurant industry;
3. Need leadership skills and independent handling ability;
4. Have restaurant/chain restaurant management experience is better;
5. Good computer operating skills;
6. Independence, sense of responsibility, excellent communication and management skills
7. Those with less experience will be considered as assistant managers
