Senior Sales Associate (22-25k/ Guaranteed commission/ Pacific Place, causeway bay)

Continuously exceed personal and team sales targets, with a focus on high-value customer development, average transaction size, and annual customer consumption.

Advocate KPIs beyond revenue, such as new customer acquisition, customer retention rate, and appointment conversion rate.

Own and cultivate a list of exclusive top consumers.

Through personalized communication, in-home services, previews and exclusive event invitations, we lead one-on-one customer relationships.

Utilize existing relationships to refer customers to other product categories, significantly increasing their lifetime value.

Set a benchmark for sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service during your shift and motivate your team.

Responsible for opening and closing the store, handling cash deposits, and managing the store when the store manager is not present.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of senior clothing sales Associate experience
