Cashier

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily cash management, including billing, issuing invoices, daily reconciliation of account items and settlement, and simple accounting records

• Handling customer shopping inquiries and complaints, flexibly responding to various situations, and proactively building long-term trust relationships

• Collect customer feedback and suggestions on products and services, regularly summarize and report to senior management, and support operational optimization

• Execute store promotion activities, actively introduce and guide customers to participate, and improve sales conversion rate

• Collaborate with front-line colleagues to complete sales support, including product introduction, trial assistance and follow-up on completed transactions

• Participate in warehouse management, regularly conduct goods counting, inventory and inventory record updates to ensure accurate bookkeeping

• Handle general administrative tasks, such as data input, file archiving, internal communication and coordination, etc.

Requirements:

• Secondary School Diploma or above, with basic accounting and retail operations concepts preferred

• Fluent Cantonese, able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in Mandarin and basic English

• 3 to 5 years of retail industry work experience, those with luxury, duty-free or high-end brand cashier/butler position experience are especially preferred

• Familiar with POS system operations, cash and electronic payment processes, understand sales invoice processing and accounting reconciliation standards

• Outgoing and positive personality, with excellent service awareness, stress resistance, and team spirit

• Work seriously and responsibly, pay attention to details, and be able to adapt to shift work and weekend shifts

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, immediate employment is preferred
