Job Description

Responsibility:
Independently produce full sets of residential construction drawings (including floor plans, ceiling plans, elevation drawings, detail drawings, etc.) based on designers' residential project schemes.
Independently produce furniture and joinery drawings aligned with residential design schemes.
Create 3D visualizations and renderings for residential interior projects based on design concepts.
Conduct on-site measurements and surveys, documenting dimensions and existing conditions.
Assist in preparing material schedules, drawing archives, and other design documentation.
Communicate with engineering and design teams regarding drawing details as needed.

Requirement :
Required Skills:
Proficient in AutoCAD, with the ability to produce standardized construction drawings efficiently and accurately.
Skilled in using SketchUp for spatial modeling and rendering.
Strong ability to read and produce technical drawings, with knowledge of basic interior materials and construction methods.
Meticulous, responsible, and attentive to drawing details and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
Education & Experience:
Diploma or higher in Interior Design or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design and construction drawing production.
Proficient in SketchUp and Escape (or similar) for rendering and visualization.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with commercial or restaurant project drawings is a plus.
