Job Description

Job Responsibilities

According to the standard recipe provided by the pre-job, accurately and efficiently complete the preparation and mixing of various types of coffee and beverages;
Responsible for daily store cleaning and maintenance, including table and chair wiping, bar counter organization, utensil washing and disinfection, and ensuring a clean and comfortable business environment;
Prepare various operating supplies (such as cups, tissues, premixed liquid, tea brewing, coffee beans, etc.) before opening the store, and continuously supplement and manage inventory during business hours;
Actively create a friendly, relaxed, and energetic service atmosphere, interact naturally with customers, and show your sincere smile and basic etiquette;
Support the daily operations and event execution of the store according to the work instructions and temporary arrangements of the store manager and other management personnel.

Work requirements

Have at least one year of experience in the food and beverage or coffee industry, those with experience in chain brands or specialty coffee shops are preferred;
Available for immediate employment, able to work shift (including weekends and holidays), and able to provide a stable 180 hours of work per week;
Happy to learn and accept new things, with the ability to quickly master operating procedures and product knowledge;
Have good communication and expression skills, empathy, and be able to build positive relationships with diverse background colleagues and customers;
Good health and fitness, able to adapt to standing work and a fast-paced service environment.
