E-commerce marketing officer
Job Responsibilities

• Completely responsible for the daily operation and management of the company's e-commerce platform (including the official website and HKTVMall mainstream sales channels), covering product listing, page maintenance, promotion setting, order coordination and data monitoring.

• Plan and execute various online marketing activities (such as holiday sales, member exclusives, live streaming sales, and KOL collaborations), integrate resources to enhance brand exposure, user engagement, and conversion rate.

Work requirements

• Secondary School Diploma or above; Applicants with less than one year of relevant experience, the company provides systematic training and on-the-job guidance.

• Preference will be given to those with actual operating experience on the HKTVMall platform; familiarity with other mainstream e-commerce platforms in the local market is also a plus.

• Have basic digital marketing concepts and be able to use Google Analytics, Facebook Insights or platform backend data tools for basic analysis and attribution of effects.

• Cantonese is the main communication language, and you must have good Chinese writing and oral expression skills, be able to handle activity plans and cross-departmental collaboration and communication independently.
