Operation Coordinator (3-4 Days Work)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for receiving and processing urgent customer orders through phone and email

• Arrange for the delivery and transportation of urgent orders to ensure timely delivery of goods

• Use the TradeLink system to process customs clearance and related documents

• Regularly conduct warehouse cycle counts (Cycle Count) to ensure accurate inventory

• Handle other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Position requirements

• 2 to 3 years or above warehouse coordination/logistics operations related work experience

• Second 5 or above; those with a college or university degree are given priority

• Have good writing and communication skills in Chinese and English

• Preference will be given to those with system operation experience (such as TradeLink)

• Preference will be given to those with valid forklift licenses

• Work seriously and responsibly, and be able to handle work independently

• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and effectively and quickly handle various tasks
