Director - Customer Service

Responsibilities:

• Follow up on user appreciation, feedback and complaints

• Handling contracts, general service inquiries, and user data changes

• Assist department managers in leading their teams

• Assist department managers to sort and analyze customer feedback data

• Provide quality customer service, coordinate and communicate with users on inquiries, feedback and complaints, and provide improvement suggestions

• Execute short-term customer service projects and other assigned tasks

Requirements:

• Second 5 or above

• Have at least four years or more of customer service work experience

• Enthusiasm for work, positive attitude, and team spirit

• Have good communication and writing skills

• Familiar with computer word processing MS Office, familiar with MS Excel is best

• Working five days a week, Monday to Friday office hours
