Working location: Shenzhen Qianhai Excellence Financial Center<u>‌</u>‌<div><br></div><div>Job Responsibilities<ul> <li>Based on the customer's cross-border needs, we will tailor-make immigration, permanent residency and various visa schemes.</li> <li>Maintain full online communication with customers, answering questions related to investment requirements, living conditions, legal procedures, etc.</li> <li>Push customers to sign up and assist in completing document review and data confirmation.</li> <li>Assist customers in organizing application materials and following up on relevant approval progress.</li> <li>Regularly update information on national identity policies and provide customers with the latest and most accurate professional advice.</li> </ul> <br> <h3>Work requirements</h3> <ul> <li>Have good communication skills and customer service awareness, and be able to respond efficiently to customer needs.</li> <li>Familiar with the policies and regulations of major immigration countries, those with relevant consultation or project operation experience are preferred.</li> <li>Have strong learning abilities and be able to quickly master new policies and business processes.</li> <li>Work carefully and seriously, with strong document organization and logical analysis skills.</li> <li>Have basic English reading and writing abilities, and be able to review and understand overseas official documents.</li> </ul> </div>
