Senior Customer Service Executive

Contract Logistics company<div><br></div><div>•Maintain effective communication with the customer, supplier, internal parties<br>•Handle labelling and documents, shipment booking, truck arrangement<br>•Order processing & Inventory management<br>•Prepare monthly billing, invoicing and reports<br>•Allocate the tasks with proper backup in the customer service team<br>•Train and mentor customer service staff to ensure that they are able to provide excellent service to customers.<div>•Monitor customer service metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates and identify opportunities for improvement.<br></div></div>
