Electrician

- Responsible for the installation, testing, maintenance and emergency repair of low-voltage systems in shopping malls/residential complexes/sites

- Including: Closed-circuit television (CCTV), access control, intercom, alarms, parking lot system, broadcasting, public antenna, and structured cabling

- Perform electrical inspections, insulation tests, fault detection and recording to ensure compliance with Hong Kong's electrical safety regulations

- Read electrical diagrams, wire, pipe, lay wire, install control boxes and terminal equipment

- Work with engineering and property management teams to complete projects and daily maintenance on time

- Process sudden electrical accidents and respond to emergency maintenance calls

- Fill out maintenance, testing, repair records and work reports
