Maintenance Technician/Cooling Technician/Air Conditioning Operator/Engineer Technician/Air Conditioning System Maintenance and Repair Technician (On-site/Off-site)
Responsible for operating the daily central air conditioning system, carrying out routine maintenance and repair work, regularly inspecting and inspecting various facilities and systems, regularly cleaning the split-type/central air conditioning dust screen, assisting in the execution of maintenance and repair work assigned by the supervisor, conducting daily routine inspections, handling emergency situations and related inquiries (with two years or above large air conditioning/household equipment system operation or maintenance experience is preferred)
Second 3, general Cantonese, able to read Chinese, holding a safety card, holding a construction worker registration certificate, able to handle condensation, air conditioning, with 2 years or above of experience in operating or maintaining air conditioning/electrical/mechanical/housing equipment, holding a valid registered electrician A/B/R license is preferred, and uniform must be worn while working
Monthly $18,000 - $35,000, with annual leave, discretionary bonuses, non-stationary from 9 am to 6 pm, working 6 days a week, 9 hours a day/ stationary from, working 6 days a week, shift work, rotating days off, 9 hours a day
