Job Responsibilities

2. Timely understand customer needs, carry out new customer expansion and secondary development of existing customers;

4. Complete the company's predetermined sales targets;

5. Business: New and old houses, leasing (including commercial), renovation, and home furnishings, providing a one-stop service to Hong Kong Immigration customers

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 2 to 5 years of marketing or real estate industry sales experience;

3. Priority will be given to those with experience in selling Hong Kong real estate and living in Hong Kong, and those who can speak Mandarin;

Job Responsibilities

• In-depth understanding of customer needs, proactive expansion of new customer resources, and continuous development and maintenance of existing customers.
• Collaborate closely with the promotion team, efficiently integrate customer information, and complete the customer reception and service process.
• Business scope covers all new and old houses, leasing (including commercial properties), renovation and home services in Hong Kong, providing a one-stop solution for Hong Kong immigrant customers.

Work requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, with 2 to 5 years of marketing or real estate industry-related sales experience.
• Love sales work, with a high sense of responsibility and dedication, clear thinking and flexible response.
• Applicants with Hong Kong real estate sales experience will be given priority, those with Hong Kong living experience will be given priority, and those who can communicate fluently in Mandarin will be given priority.
• Have strong market insight and customer communication skills, be able to quickly understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
