Accounting Officer

Chinese company Hong Kong headquarters, holding Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission 1/4/9 license

Position: General Ledger Accountant

Location: Hong Kong, West Kowloon ICC

Baset Hong Kong, weekly business trip to Shenzhen for 2 days

Main responsibilities:

1. Responsible for accounting and bookkeeping, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, tax reporting, and supporting management decisions;

2. Responsible for daily expenses Reimbursement payment, assist in financial management system, Approval process of propaganda and implementation;

3. Ensure all financial records are accurate and complete;

4. Assist in financial budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control;

5. Manage tax declarations, optimize tax strategies to reduce risks;

6. Familiar with and have operated high-tech company cost-added deduction and government preferential policies;

8. Maintain good collaborative relationships with government departments, tax authorities, banks and accounting firms;

9. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the leader.

Requirements:

1. Finance, accounting, economics or related professional bachelor's degree or above;

2. Hold a middle-level accounting qualification, familiar with Chinese domestic accounting standards and tax laws, and able to comply with professional ethics and confidentiality principles;

3.5 years of above general ledger accounting work experience, those with high-tech, financial industry and investment and financing related experience are preferred;

4. Proficient in various functions, highly sensitive to data, meticulous and careful in work, and ensure data accuracy;

5. Proficient in using financial software and office software such as Kingdee, financial ERP system, etc.;

6. Have good communication and coordination skills, and be able to smoothly connect business and financial teams.

7. Have a valid Hong Kong work visa, can long-term office in Hong Kong;

8. Good reading and writing skills in Cantonese and English.
