Electrician

<p>Requirements:<br>1. At least have secondary school education, familiar with basic engineering principles and technical operation procedures. <br>2. Have no less than 3 years of property facilities management and maintenance-related experience, and be able to handle complex problems independently. <br>3. Proficient in building maintenance skills, including but not limited to masonry, carpentry, painting and ironwork. <br>4. Must hold a valid electrician A license and safety card, meet industry qualification requirements and have a safety awareness. <br>5. Have good communication skills and team spirit, be able to complete assigned tasks on time.</p>
