Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform daily administrative tasks including managing correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining filing systems to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Coordinate scheduling for meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and team members as needed.
  • Support various departments by handling data entry, document processing, and providing general clerical assistance in a timely manner.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, responding professionally and ensuring effective communication across teams and with clients or vendors.
  • Assist in organizing company events, office supplies management, and other operational activities to maintain an efficient work environment.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field, with relevant experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
