Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide telephone, remote and on-site computer technical support

1. Assist in the installation, configuration and maintenance of computer systems and related equipment
   
   Requirements:
   1. Secondary 6 level; one year of work experience; basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, network products and settings, sense of responsibility, and good manners.
   2. Have basic network knowledge and skills, be able to quickly diagnose and solve common network problems.
   3. Familiar with operating systems (such as Windows, macOS) and common office software suites.
   4. Have good communication skills, be able to clearly explain technical issues and their solutions to non-technical people.
   5. Have team spirit, be patient and efficient in completing tasks under pressure.
