客戶服務 -追帳員Customer Service - AR Officer（五天工作）

Salary and benefits:

- Monthly salary of $15,000

- Bank holidays, paid annual leave, year-end bonuses

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00

Responsibilities:

- Process daily sales data and receipt work

- Contact guests to collect outstanding payments

- Aging Report analysis

- Process small claims cases

- Process special cases, such as account verification and fee adjustments

Entry Requirements:

- 1 year of accounting or debt collection related work experience

- Bachelor's degree or LCCI Level 2 qualification is preferred

- Familiar with computer operations

- Prioritization for customer service experience

Working location: Grade A office building in Kowloon (about 5 minutes' walk from the subway station)
