NOC Engineer

Responsibilities:

* 24x7 Network and System Monitoring

* Incident, Problem, and Change Support

* Tier 1 Coordination and Tier 2 Technical Support

* Operational Coordination and Escalation

* Network and System Troubleshooting

* Reporting and Communication

* Operational Documentation and Continuous Improvement

Requirements:

* 2-5 years of experience in networking or NOC operations; prior NOC experience is preferred.

* Strong hands on troubleshooting and analytical skills.

* In depth knowledge of IP networking protocols including TCP/IP, ARP, STP, DHCP, VRRP, OSPF, BGP, and SNMP.

* Hands on experience with networking devices from vendors such as Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, Arista, Aruba and Ruckus.

* Experience with network monitoring and management tools such as SolarWinds, Zabbix, PRTG, SevOne, Netbrain, and Cacti.

* Strong documentation and reporting skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple concurrent issues.

* Ability to work extended and flexible 24x7 shift schedules, including night and weekend support.

* Holder of Cisco CCNP or equivalent (e.g. Huawei HCIP) is required, ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage.

Proficiency in Cantonese and English is required; Mandarin is an advantage.
