Job Description

Air conditioning maintenance technician

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily inspection, maintenance, fault diagnosis and repair of various air conditioning systems (including split-type, multi-split, duct-type, water-cooled chiller and central air conditioning system) in commercial buildings, residential properties and office buildings;
Execute regular maintenance services according to the predetermined maintenance plan, including cleaning the filter, checking the refrigerant pressure, lubricating the moving parts, calibrating the control element, and recording the equipment operating parameters;
Assist the engineering supervisor in completing the installation support, trial operation test, functional acceptance, and operation training of the new air conditioning system;
Properly fill out maintenance and repair reports, parts replacement records, and work order system data to ensure that all service processes are traceable, compliant, and meet customer and company quality requirements.

Work requirements

Have three or more years of commercial or industrial air conditioning system on-site maintenance and repair practical experience, familiar with mainstream brands (such as Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, LG, Carrier, Trane, etc.) Equipment structure and common failure modes;
Able to independently carry out refrigerant recovery, vacuum pumping, quantitative injection and leak detection, etc. professional operations, familiar with the use of manifold gauge, electronic leak detector, clamp current meter, insulation tester, etc. tools;
Have basic circuit diagramming skills, understand air conditioning control circuit diagrams and PLC logic relationships, and be able to handle simple electrical control faults;
Have good communication skills and professional ethics, be able to collaborate with property management, customers and colleagues, attach importance to site safety, tool cleanliness and customer privacy, and be willing to accept shift work and sudden field trips.
